Croí na Scoile

Croí na Scoile is a programme for multi-denominational education used in schools under the patronage of An Foras Pátrúnachta. In essence, it is programme for ethical education and for learning about world faiths and traditions. The Croí na Scoile programme explores themes such as self-awareness, reflective practices, values education, citizenship, rights and responsibilities along with learning about world faiths, cultures and traditions.

School ethos is evident in all aspects of school life and the Croí na Scoile programme supports a school environment which promotes mutual respect, understanding and celebration of diversity in a welcoming, open and inclusive manner.
