Your help is needed to ensure the best education for your child. The Department of Education is developing a policy for Gaelscoileanna which will have a major impact on your child.
We are all aware of the challenges that schools face which impact directly on our children: lack of teachers, resources, support services, Gaelcholáistí, permanent buildings etc. This policy can address those challenges if we communicate their importance to the Department.
As a parent your voice is important. You can use your voice by completing the Department’s questionnaire. We have attached sample answers which you can use as a guide or simply copy and paste.
This is the most important action you can take for your child’s education. The Department is listening to you, use your voice!
